We will be sequentially upgrading Protocol Labs testnet nodes during this window. We expect no downtime.
After this deployment, the API CDN edge locations will be reduced. While we do this, we will measure any impact on client latencies. This will help us find the right configuration for the mainnet launch tomorrow.
