During this resharing ceremony we will be onboarding (Emerald Onion, UCL, PTisp, Cloudflare (new), Kudelski Security (:4445), Protocol Labs (pl3)) and offboarding (Cloudflare(old)) some members from the mainnet.

We do not expect any downtime in APIs nor randomness generation.
