The re-sharing is now complete. In the end we have 8 testnet members (one less than expected). No downtime occurred.

We have started the re-sharing process. Each members will initiate it on their sides. The new node count after this ceremony will be 9 testnet nodes, with a threshold of 5.
No downtime or randomness generation interruptions are expected.
